Shipping Policy — NOMAD ROLL

At NOMAD ROLL, we carefully prepare every order so your backpack arrives in perfect condition.

Processing time:
Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days from payment confirmation, before being handed over to the carrier.

Shipping zones and rates:

 

Delivery times are estimates and begin counting from when the order leaves our warehouse, not from the purchase date.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs and duties (shipments outside Spain):
No additional customs duties apply for shipments within the European Union. If we begin shipping outside the EU in the future, any customs duties or import taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays:
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, NOMAD ROLL is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or damaged orders:
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, email us at hola@nomadroll.es with your order number and we'll resolve it as soon as possible.
